Having lost a son in 1997 and a daughter in 1999 to Spinal Muscular Atrophy my story begins. In 97 before the passing of my son, I was encouraged to give him massage and some physio to help muscle movement and reduce water retention from his legs. At that time I knew I wanted to take these new skills further. From a Drayman to a Massage Therapist, so I started working with people with disabilities (learning and challenging behaviour). I'm skill working with them today. My sporting background has gone from on off times using the gym, to 5 a side football, golf ,playing as a prop for over 10 years ( starting playing at 32) whilst playing I also covered as a physio and now have taken up running. I even ran for 157 days on the trot until I got injured. Now doing parkruns and started training again for a half marathon in September the year. With my qualifications I've worked on many events like triathlons, 5 k to marathons, crossfit competitions, obstacle course racing, athletics and of course a few games of rugby. Always looking for my next challenge
