Soft tissue therapy is a combination of many different techniques to treat both chronic and minor injuries. Soft tissue therapy isn’t just for those injuries of which occur through sport it is also highly recommended for those aches and pains acquired through one’s lifestyle. Not only by identifying the cause of the pain but to help prevent any further discomfort and help improve personal wellbeing. Postural assessments are also carried out to identify any underlying factors which can lead to assisting the treatment
I completed my training through the LSSM (London School of Sport and Remedial Massage) after completing their level 5 diploma. I have studied Sport and Exercise Science my whole life and decided that a career in improving people’s wellbeing and getting people moving properly and living a healthy lifestyle was the way I wanted to go. I currently am the head coach of CrossFit 1066 in Hastings and currently have my own treatment room on site. I enjoy my training in the gym and love the CrossFit methodology. I’m a keen rugby player and play for the local side as well as having an interest in cricket and used to play through up until my early 20’s.
