I am a highly qualified, professional sports therapist offering Specialist treatment for lower back pain in the Furness area based in Roose.

As a graduate of Teesside University (BSc Hons Applied Sports Therapy).

I specialise in musculoskeletal soft tissue injuries for back issues, functional movement issues, sporting injuries and rehabilitation – to rehabilitate patients back to functional fitness.

This may include many different forms of activities that are individual to each patient at the time of each assessment.

I offer movement-focused work, including a programme of progressive strengthening and balance work that would suit your issue.

Pilates and Orthopaedic Dry Needling, K Taping, Instrument assisted soft tissue massage are combinations of treatments alongside movement, to

restore your unique movement pattern and help your nervous system calm and reduce pain.

The clinic is based in a family home with easy access. Clinic times are; Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

I am qualified to teach rehabilitation clinical Pilates through the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and offer individual and mat work Pilates classes.

I am excited to offer and teach Pelvic floor exercises using the Pfilates method, a new and alternative programme to Kegel exercises.

I am utilising my care and compassion from my Nursing years to offer enhanced Oncology care and Pink Ribbon Breast Care Pilates Classes to clients undergoing Cancer treatment.
