I have worked as a therapist for just over seven years in a variety of setting including; pitch-side rugby, event massage team work e.g. Ironman UK, dementia care home and hospice.
I have been located within a local fitness studio (Ainsworth Body Science) for the last three years where I rent a therapy room. There is a very supportive team of Personal Trainers and Complementary Therapists there and I enjoy working alongside like-minded people.
My clients enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and I have had some positive feedback which is very satisfying.
I have a variety of clients; those who come for general wellness and relaxation, and those who seek help following injury related to sport/exercise.
I am qualified in Holistic Massage, Sports Therapy (Level 5 Diploma) Aromatherapy and Reflexology. I am a member of the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). I am insured with Balens via the STA. I have annual (CPR/AED) refreshers and additional First Aid for Sports/fitness every 3 years.
I have recently added Dry Needling to my clinical skills as another tool to assist my clients.
