Daniel Lees has been working in the sport and fitness industries across voluntary, statutory and private organisations for over 10 years.
By pushing his own personal fitness boundaries across a variety of sports, such as cross fit, weight lifting, ice hockey, roller hockey and field hockey, he has developed a few injuries along the way. As a result he has built a passion for sports therapy and an understanding for how the human body works while developing his own holistic approach to Sports Therapy.
With his depth of experience and training Daniel is now looking to share his knowledge and help people from all areas to achieve optimal physical health and live happier and more comfortable lives.
