What is Sports Therapy? Sports Therapy is muscular skeletal rehabilitation. It looks at mobilising joints, building muscles and postural correction. It involves full body screening and massage. Tuina is remedial massage: this means that it can be used to treat painful conditions such as back, neck, shoulder and knee pain, as well as many other conditions. It can also be extremely relaxing and therefore used to calm stress and raise low mood.
