I have been seeing Michael Parr, Osteopath, since January and the work he has done with me has radically changed my life. I thought I might need another operation but he managed to help me change my posture and build up weaker areas of my physique to strengthen my body and ridding me of pain. I see him regularly to 'top up' which is really advisable.

Michael has been essential in my recovery from a sports injury to the hip. Starting with a very comprehensive initial assessment, he is able to diagnose complex conditions and set a plan of exercises to progressively get you back to the activities you love. Three months of training have provided striking improvements. I'm back to hiking, swimming and cycling. Definitely recommend Michael.

I first saw Michael a few months ago with hip and back pain which was simply not improving despite all my and others’ efforts. I was despairing of ever feeling without pain again. I can say without reservation that the outcome of his treatments and his patient education of me on what to do, what not to do and why, has worked wonders. My posture has returned to a normal upright and my gait is improving daily. There is an added bonus of course that feeling better makes a huge difference to your frame of mind.

Michael has helped me with a long standing back injury. Not only has he treated my back but he has educated me on how to rehabilitate my back and get back to sport, all with a great level of detail. The has really helped my progress and confidence when going back to sport. This has all happened over a short period of time too because the initial consultation was so detailed. Michael has used some of the McGill methods as part of my rehab and this has really helped.
