Over the last few years I've have suffered with neck and back pain and I have been to see Alexis whenever I get issues. He is always able to identify where the problems are and provide the relief in 1 session that tablets are unable to do. His approach is professional as well as chatty and friendly - puts you at ease straight away. He truly loves his work and that comes across in his diagnoses and treatment which is very effective. I was introduced to Alexis over 7 years ago when suffering with acute lower back pain , trouble walking, and many other spinal related symptoms which eventually resulted in me having a 3 part spinal fusion surgery and decompression. Without Alexis understanding of the body and skeleton as a whole and therefor a very different approach to healing I know i would have truly hit rock bottom. I was in my late 30's and had always been a very physical and independent women and the fear of not understanding what was going on with my body was all most as bad as the physical pain. Alexis enabled me to manage and understand both of these things through his treatments supporting both me and my family pre operation and post operation. I cannot recommend this man highly enough!!! I am fortunate enough now that i only have to pop in for the odd tune up once in a blue moon and to be honest that is less and less back related these days! Alexis provides a truly unique service .

After hurting my back a few years ago and not being able to work or even stand up straight, Alexis was able to sort it out for me. I was in so much pain and was worried about being touched but nothing he did hurt and after a couple of sessions I was right back to normal. Having followed the stretches that he taught me, which I do religiously, I have had no problems at all. Alexis was also able to help when I really hurt my ankle and was having difficulty walking......Basically the man is a genius, lovely, funny and really knows his stuff. Highly recommended.
