As Director of Harris & Ross, Rob believes passionately about trying to fix everyone that comes through his clinic door. He prides himself in treating those people with complex problems that haven’t been resolved successfully elsewhere. With a special interest in the sporting knee and his background as an international cyclist, he has worked as a consultant in elite sports for many years for Wigan Warriors, Great Britain Lions, and was formerly the Head Physiotherapist at Manchester City for five seasons. He works closely with numerous other international sports such as athletics and boxing to name a few, but mostly enjoys bringing these specialist skill sets and treatment approaches to his day-to-day patients who need just as much help. Over the years Rob has built up a huge network which includes some of the best specialists both in this country and internationally who help him medically manage his patients so that they get the best possible results from their time with Harris & Ross. Rob is extremely keen to teach and impart his knowledge on to other physios. He spends a huge amount of time investing his knowledge and experience back into the staff at Harris & Ross, and runs monthly workshops with staff while also managing his team at both St John St and Salford Red Devils.
Jeff’s career is grounded in elite level sports. Having been Head Physiotherapist for New Zealand’s Rugby League and Football teams, he then travelled to the UK to reform the medical department at Manchester City’s academy. From there he won a Premiership title as Head Physio to Sale Sharks, later taking post as a consultant where he co-ordinated the care of the entire medical department. He regularly works with elite athletes from a multitude of sports on complex conditions. He is a sought after lecturer for his shoulder protocols and more recently has commenced work on global protocols for knee chondrocyte replacement. Jeff’s knowledge of complex conditions is unparalleled and combining this with his extremely meticulous and logical approach to physiotherapy, he has been able to help thousands of everyday patients overcome the very hardest of injuries, rehabilitating them back to full health. Jeff enjoys the challenge of bringing his skill sets to normal people. Through both his vast experience and enjoying the accountability and responsibility of being one of the countries top practitioners, he is able to effectively manage their patient journey from start to finish, getting them back to full health even in the very hardest of cases. Jeff has vast experience in all aspects of physiotherapy but has a special interest in complex shoulder and spinal conditions in non athletes. He relishes cases known as secondary referrals where the patient has been through numerous previous treatment cycles but still remains in pain.
