Utilising my expertise in both injury management and movement re-education, I successfully treat a wide range of clients, young and old, sporting and non-sporting injuries. I work with acute, short term injures through to long term chronic dysfunction.

Lower back pain, muscular and joint issues, and a specialist interest in running injuries.

Working with Runners
I have extensive experience working with runners from injury to performance with a dedicated run studio where we complete Gait Analysis, Athlete Profiling, Run Coaching and getting runners back to fitness with our successful Return to Running Protocols.

Expertise & Experience
I have 25 years experience working in rehab, fitness and conditioning. I have had the privilege of working with some of the worlds best sports team and athletes across 20+ sports.

Career highlights include 12 years overseeing driver performance and rehab in Formula 1 with BAR Honda and WRC with Subaru World Rally Team. Now based full time in West Wales with the odd trip abroad to support teams or athletes.
