Jo Perkins is a chartered physiotherapist specialising in sports medicine and pelvic health. She combines her extensive experience of conventional physiotherapy techniques, sports rehabilitation and pilates to offer unique treatments and injury prevention strategies. Mumma Physio specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation, having extensive experience in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries. She she specialises in core stability strategies and applies these in all injury prevention and rehabilitation treatments. She currently offers a mixture of classes pre and post natally, including specific returning to running programmes. Working out of UFIT gym Cardiff and Glamorgan Cricket Ground she offers individual assessments, movement screens, rehabilitation and treatments bespoke to you.
