Thanks for stopping by to have a look at our page. NK Active, was founded by Nick Knight, who is one of our sports podiatrists who has a passion for helping people get active and stay active and move forward.

It doesn't matter if you are an elite athlete or if you are someone who just want to go for a walk with your family as long as you have a goal, we can help you get there.

We are a team of Podiatrists and Exercise rehab instructors and are fortunate enough to have access to state-of-the-art 3D gait analysis, allowing us to build a skeleton of yourself and really see how you do walk and run, some of our patients have described as a MRI of how you walk and run. We have full-strength gym on site just for our patients.

We will work with you, offering a range of treatments from exercise programs, return to activity plans, footwear advice, custom orthoses, shockwave treatment and more, we will do everything we can to help you, with you in full control of your treatment plan.

We keep update with the latest evidence, to help take you the whole journey from injury back to activity, whatever level that is, remember age is just an number.
