Jean Luc Lafitte has been involved in healthcare for over twenty years and believes that good health is the cornerstone for a good life. He started out as an auxiliary nurse and it was whilst working in this capacity at the famous Queen Victoria Hospital that he decided to train as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Jean Luc is dedicated to combining his expertise when treating patients, as he believes that in order to attain perfect health we need to find a balance between the physical, the chemical, and the emotional. As well as treating adults, he encourages the whole family to have a check up four times a year, this is because he believes in treating the cause and not the symptoms. Jean Luc also a qualified Nutritionist and a Hypnotherapist. As part of his philosophy for living a whole and fulfilled life, he offers hypnotherapy as a way to combat stress and overcome phobias. He is particularly passionate about helping people who suffer from panic attacks.
Dwaine is a fully qualified and registered osteopath who graduated in 2007 from the Surrey Institute of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the British Osteopathic Association. He considers himself a structural osteopath using a combination of soft-tissue, mobilisations and manipulations. Dwaine is also a generalist osteopath but does specialize in sports injury treatment and rehabilitation. He has worked in private practice within multidisciplinary clinics as well as with sports teams. Other qualifications include an MSc in Sport and Exercise Medicine from Queen Mary University and a BSc (Hon) in Sport and Exercise Science. Dwaine provides other services including dry needling, sports strapping, Kinesio taping and sports injury rehabilitation. Dwaine has previously worked with professional footballers including with Milton Keynes Dons and Crawley Town providing spinal assessments and treatments. He currently works with Heathfield and Waldron rugby club providing injury assessment and rehabilitation, as well as match day first aid and injury assessment.
Graham Lines is a qualified soft tissue and foot health care therapist. He completed his practitioner's diploma at the London College of Massage and is a full member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists. He has also completed a BTEC Level 5 Clinical Sports & Remedial diploma at The School Of Natural Therapies and is a full member of The Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage. Since qualifying, he has included the option of taping and strapping plus the use of ultrasound to his therapies and in addition to seeing his individual clients, has worked with the local hockey club in East Grinstead and football club in Three Bridges. He has completed a First Aid course and in addition to his diplomas, furthered his development by qualifying as a Foot Health Care therapist and is a member of the Register Of Foot Care Practitioners.
Areeba Qureshi has been working as a chartered physiotherapist in the NHS and private sector since 2009. She graduated with a BSc in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Surrey, Roehampton and followed this with a Masters in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Brighton, with the license to practice physiotherapy. Areeba has worked in many different settings within her physiotherapy career providing her with in depth experience and specialist skills to assess and treat a wide range of injuries with a hands on and self management approach. Areeba has an extensive history in working with the elderly population to prevent admissions, reduce falls and work in a holistic way to improve balance, strength and reduce levels of pain. Areeba is also a Fitbacks and Bumps instructor whereby she educates both pre and postnatal women to exercise safely and assess and treat conditions related to pregnancy and child birth. Areeba will work with you to ensure you reach your desired level on function/ restore you back to normal, as she takes pride in providing a unique experience tailoring a programme to your individual needs. Areeba regularly attends training to ensure she is up to date with her professional development and able to incorporate the latest techniques and technology along with traditional methods of physiotherapy when providing treatment to her clients.
Lesley has a BSc (Hons) degree in acupuncture from the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) following a three year course of study and is a full member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), abiding by their strict code of practice. She also has qualifications in massage and reflexology. She has experience in using acupuncture to treat many problems, but she has a special interest in fertility, panic/anxiety and facial revitalisation acupuncture.
