Our goal is to equip and educate you with the tools to engage in self-care strategies and lifetime health enhancing activities to enable you to live your life to the full, ageing healthily.
All clients are encouraged and supported to engage in self-care activities and when appropriate engage in supervised prescribed group activity sessions. This provides opportunity to access safe and affordable supervised rehabilitation programmes to support health improvements and encourage engagement in lifetime habitual health enhancing behaviours. Moreover, all graduates from our rehabilitation programme receive support to identify and access appropriate local services to maintain their health journey.
