James Newman

James is the founder of Motion Aspire Injury Clinics. His journey began in Birmingham as a Sports Therapy student in 2010, where he discovered his passion for helping people recover from injury. Alongside this, he started building a portfolio of experience with male and female elite athletes across academy, development and first team squads. Since, James has continued to develop his practice in professional sport including; championship football clubs, elite rugby union, american football and at various sporting events. James has also gained a postgraduate Masters in Sport Rehabilitation, and uses his extensive background to educate students in the field as a University lecturer. Throughout the past decade, James has treated a variety of patients and injuries in clinical practices across London and the UK. Now based in Cardiff, James specialises in; Injury advice, Injury prevention, Pain management, Joint mobilisations, Postural correction, Sports and Kinesio taping, Percussive vibration therapy, Assessment and diagnosis of injury, Rehabilitation and corrective exercise.
