Mike is a Registered Osteopath with over 20 year’s experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Mike started his own training company in 2003 specialising in Health, Fitness and manual therapy training (Movement Therapy Education) and also lecture's on the FdSc and BSc Sports Therapy programmes at University College Birmingham and throughout the world in Anatomy and Intrinsic Biomechanics Coaching. Mike is a lead tutor/instructor for Elite Therapy Education, Biomechanics Education, Oxford School of Sports Massage (OSSM), RockTape/RockBlade and NAQI and regularly teaches courses for Premier League and Championship football clubs. Mike has held consultancy roles with Boots, Pera Products, Startrite, Brytespark and Convatec playing a key role in the research and development of new products and education systems. Mike regularly presents at conferences including Therapy Expo, FitPro, International Fitness Showcase, Good Health Show and the IOC world conference for Injury Prevention in Monaco. Mike runs Movement Therapy Clinics in Birmingham where his team put all that Movement Therapy Education teach in to practice.
Hi, My name is Jack and I'm a full time personal trainer and sports therapist at Movement therapy Clinics in Harborne, Birmingham. The services I offer include one to one training, semi-private (partner and small group) training, Sports Therapy and soft tissue treatment and general pain management. I currently run the Strength and Conditioning classes in Harborne on a Monday and Friday morning and Friday evening. I also run a 12 week, female only, introduction to weight lifting program. Hi, my name is Namir and I’m a Sports Therapist and Sports Massage Therapist at Movement Therapy Clinics in Harborne. I treat a wide range of people from amateur athletes to office workers that suffer with pain and injury from sports and everyday life. I can offer injury rehab and sports massage to help recover from injury from your chosen sport or if you suffer persistent pain. I qualified with a degree In Sports Therapy and additional qualifications in Sports Massage. I have a passion for combat sports with a particular interest in Muay Thai and boxing and treat athletes within these areas both amateur and professional.
