I am a level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist, member of STA and fully insured. I offer 30,45,60,90 minute Sports Massage sessions to suit each and every individual. This can be general tightness and maintenance massage, great for relieving stress and muscle tension or a specific injury assessment and advice.

As a runner and triathlete myself, I specialise in swimmers, cyclists and runners - as I have a greater understanding of the demands placed upon the body and therefore the injuries which can occur. I am however trained adequately to treat a variety of injuries and do often treat clients outside these sports.
