I am a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator fully licenced, insured and affiliated by BASRaT.
I trained at the University of Hull qualifying in 2016.
I have had experience within a number of fields particularly football, rugby and private practice.
At The BodyFit Clinic I offer a number of treatments but my aim is to ensure that my clients use regular treatment & exercise rehabilitation as a prevention method rather than a cure!
I believe that your rehabilitation process is as important as anybody else's and you will be treated with respect and as an individual case. We will work as a team to ensure that you meet the goals we initially set at your consultation session.

All sessions are prepaid upon booking.
All bookings will have 48hours to pay and confirm before it will be removed from the diary.
I operate a 24hour cancellation policy
If the session is cancelled in this time or is a no show no refund will be made.

I messaged Lauren on Monday (11th August), within the hour she had replied and we had arranged an appointment for today (13th August). Lauren greeted me at the gate warmly wearing her mask, I put mine on to enter the studio, Lauren then asked a variety of questions about what I was wanting from my massage, any illnesses or conditions that would affect the treatment and then asked me to move my body in simple but various ways so she could see any muscle stiffness, she explained what she had seen and left me to get undressed. Throughout the massage Lauren repeatedly checked I was ok and if the pressure was ok, I cannot stress how enjoyable the Swedish massage was! Afterwards Lauren explained what she had done and made a note of it should I come back, which I most definitely will be! It is now several hours later and my back and shoulders feels relaxed and not tense. From start to finish Lauren was nothing other than friendly, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend that people get in touch with her, it's a big thumbs up from me!!
